I’ll take heat for the mess, I’m sure. Here is my new bike. But I’m sure you’ll enjoy the basement more, lol
Serotta Custom Steel Frame CXII with carbon Stays - designed by Getagrip in Chicago
Ritchey Carbon Fork
Gold King Headset
Hed Alps with yellow Continental Tires
Shinamo Black 105 Group Set
Profile Design carbon Corba base bar and carbon Stryke aerobars
ISM Adamo Saddle
Aero Seat post - blade I think
Pretty bike. Serotta’s are obviously very nice bikes and I’m sure you’ll enjoy it! Looks like a road bike and tri clothing though, I’d probably have left it a road bike and build a tri-specific bike that’s steeper, more aero, has a better aero-bar, and aero wheels…but that’s me. Ultimately it’s you and if the bike goes both ways well then I guess that’s why they call it a bicycle.

The CXII is a steep tri specific bike. Hes got the fairly short nosed Adamo and it’s fairly close to over the bb.
I hear ya’! I think you did a great job on the bike. It will be a good all arounder. I’m not that familiar with Serotta’s line but I recall seing a CX type bike with more aero tubes–especially the seat tube…not sure what it was.
since you probably custom built it, I’m not sure what the geometry is but it looks about 75 degrees or so…
Anyways, it it fits and you like it, that’s all that really matters! My 2 cents are only worth 2 cents (or less).
Sweet. I like Serottas. You are going to lose your Allen wrenches when some one kicks them under the comfy chair. You may find them when looking for lose change.
