My first PC workout

What a humbling experience…I’ve done a lot of one-leg drills using regular cranks and thought I was an efficient cyclist, so I was surprised at how poorly I pedaled when using PC’s on a training stand today. But I’m going to stick with it and hopefully the results will follow in a couple of months.

My first PC ride on the trainer was no more than 10 mins. After a month on the PCs, i am able to ride for about an hour on the trainer. This weekend i am trying to ride 4 hours outside. Will see what happens!
