I have my BC Drivers license # engraved on my bikes, on my skiis, on my snowboards, on my car audio deck, pretty much anything of value that I would hate to have to try and replace. Every year at the local ski hills, the RCMP come out a couple weekends and do the engraving for you so there’s no excuse. Heck, even at Whistler they now have “bait gear” to try and catch thieves (similar to the bait car program here in Vancouver: www.bait****car.com - it’s pretty hilarious to see the vids of the thieves getting busted).
Everyone should do it.
