My 2005 Training Log (Thanks Ray Britt)

Okay, I have completed my inputting into the training log I am putting together for 2005 to this date. It shows I have averaged 6.19 hours per week this year, so I have changed my IM training numbers, since I have the facts now. This spreadsheet came from Ray Britt at http://www.rbritt.com/

Now, it is not done, meaning, you will still see lots of Rays stuff in it. This takes a while to go back and do. Will see if I want to go back and input 8 years worth of data.

For anyone starting, I would recommend this as a great spreadsheet to use. Still have to figure out a few more of the pivot tables Ray did, but its a great start!!

I made some changes to the training log.

I took a bunch of stuff out from Ray that I would never use.

I also started it in 2004 - 2006.
