For all you muskoka vetrans, how do you pace the LC, go like hell or hold back alittle and keep it steady. Just alittle curious, the distance is just enough to make it longer than an olympic where its full tilt, but shorter then a half where you have to pace it. Just not lookin’ to be at mile 4 on the run and thinking oh crap.
pace the swim… then give 'er nuts.
the run is flat and easy - other than a little rise on the way out of town, it’s flat.
the last 15k of the bike are easy - net downhill rollers.
you’ll be racing the same course as whitfield, van lierde etc. is that a time to be conservative?
moderation breeds mediocrity. go hard.
