So I have a weekly interval workout on my bike which I do on the trainer. I stick it in the backyard now that the weather is nice and play fetch with my dog. It took a few minutes to teach her “give” vs. “drop it”, but now it works great and I get to exercise both of us at the same time!
What are some other good multitasking jobs to do on the trainer other than tv? I sweat too much to read a book…
Do you ever have a hope of beating him? As soon as those systems got more than two buttons I gave up! I was never allowed one in our house when I was a kid either, so didn’t really get very practiced.
Don’t really multitask but since I work at home I typically do an hour on the trainer, 10 minutes answer e-mails and instant messages and returning phone calls, hour on the trainer, 10 minutes do stuff, repeat for the morning. Give the impression I’m actually working.
Yeah, I just pick a good weapon like the rocket launcher and or sniper rifle and hide and wait for him. He runs around killing as many enemies as he can but doesn’t care how many times he gets’ shot!
Luckily, I grew up with Atari, Nintendo, Colecovision, then Sega and so on so I’ve been able to adapt to the games pretty quickly, although I am 35 now.
What gets me is the fact that my 22month old daughter can pick up my phone and turn the MP3 player on so she can dance. Only took her about 2 seconds to figure it out and now whenever she sees the phone she instantly turns the music on!
