So this weekend I was up close with a bike with Carbon-Ti chainrings and SRM cranks - and I’m all for a bit of carbon - got to get me some of those…!
I have 2020 12sp Force cranks (with a 48-35 standard setup) and Assioma pedals - so don’t need the SRM meter - so I’m a bit unsure how I would go about moving to this sort of setup without the expensive of the SRM Meter.
I see I could just swap the chainrings and keep the force cranks - but if we are trying to save some weight and get a more carbon finish this seems a bit of a waste (especially as I’m slowly moving bits here and there to Red) - add the fact, that the chainrings are made specifically for the current 4 bolt cranks - I would not be able to move to different cranks later, if I wanted to do this change in a bit by bit step.
This is where I’m a little confused, I think my only options are SRM Cranks (and meter…), Rotor Aldhu carbon cranks, or THM Clavicula ($$$ Ouch!)

I think I’ve got a better understanding of the whole crank / chainring setup now.
The crank arm themselves can be separated from the spider (with Red and Force using the same 8 bolt setup for the power spider - which is a 4 bolt setup to the chainrings) - so from my perspective I can for now just replace the chainrings and keep the force cranks - and then later I can swap out just the cranks for something else later.

Thanks for the photos!
Pay only attention that your Carbon Ti chainring have 107 bcd (bolt circle diameter) because I think that SRM Carbon TI chainring have 110 bcd
Ordered, gone for the 50/37 Setup too (with the specific 107 BCD Bolts) - will report back on how I messed up good and proper, fiddling with my perfectly working bike… LOL
