P.S. In case you haven’t had the luxiury of experiencing an 8sp chain on a 9sp bike, it just means trimming. And lots of it. In EVERY gear. Besides 1-2. That one seems to always be fine, for some odd reason…

No…it certainly isn’t the bike itself that is lacking, it is most definitely the engine driving. I was simply stating that my bike leg is always my weakest point and wouldn’t dream of blaming the bike for that fact!
