Moron terminology: the official "anaerobic capacity" vs. "anaerobic work capacity" thread

A small amount is produced (liberated, actually) via the net depletion of ATP and PCr. Most, however, is generated via non-aerobic glycolysis (mostly glycogenolysis, actually), i.e., the breakdown of glucose to lactate.

So is that what we hear called “lactate threshold?” If so, I think I learned something, if not…still lost :wink:
