Well seeing as my training partner and I by virtue of being old farts and always being in the latter waves figure mid day heat is where we will always be racing so why not train for it. I can hurt him on the bike and he puts the hurt right back on me on the run arrggh today was good: 1 hr all out bike on a hilly course followed by a 4 1/2 mile run with my partner goading me to pick up the pace the whole time, temp was 85 degrees.
I think i’m going to go hurl now
