Michelin Power TT 23mm vs 25mm CRR

With only Aerocoach CRR data on the 23mm Power TT I’m wondering why according to AC the 23mm performs so poorly compared to the 25mm. All other fast tires are very close but the Power TT is quite a bit off. Maybe they’ve tested on different days so it’s not apples to apples.

23 vs 25 wattage difference:
VFR - 1.2w
CS- .1w
Power TT- 3.4w

Wish BRR tested the 23mm.

Could be the way the 23mm lined up with the rim compared to the 25 or the way that tires is built/shaped between the 23 and 25 models. I agree it’s a tricky science to really nail and to conclude a whole lot without intense precision of testing.
