I have a very narrow foot. Anyone know of a very narrow shoe for running?

Nike are pretty narrow. Go into a proper running store and try many on. Advice online is useless.

Many shoes come in a “B” width (narrow for men)

I ran the last few months in the new lunarglide. One of the best fitting shoes I have ever ran in. Great for a narrow foot and nice shoe but too much arch for me.

Recently switched back to Brooks Ghost which is a favorite of mine. Also run pretty narrow.

INOV 8 tend to run narrow, and they make a damm good shoe.

Are you looking for a stability shoe or a neutral shoe? A trainer or a racer? A traditional shoe, low-drop shoe, or minimalist shoe? Go to a reputable running store, tell them you have a narrow foot, and see what they come up with. Some shoes run narrow; some come in B (i.e. narrow) width. If you want an idea of what is out there in B widths the Shoe Finder on runningwarehouse.com may help.

Really looking for a lightweight trainer. Seem that “B” with shores are fairly limited and really none in the lightweight realm.

Try the HOKA bondi they make a model that is for both men & women & runs narrow.

Use a women’s shoe, that’s what I do, you will have to go up 1 to 1.5 sizes.

I can’s seem to find a size 13 women’s shoe that isn’t pink or purple!

I have had issues with finding shoes for my B-width size 13s. I’ve had the best luck with Nike, as others have mentioned. I used to run in the Structure Triax, which I know comes in a B-width, however it’s not a lightweight trainer. Recently I bought a pair of lunarglides (only standard width), which seem to fit the bill for the most part. I’d try them out at a shoe store and see what you think.

I have a super narrow foot and have been running in the Asics DS Racer. Narrow, light, competes with natural running shoes for encouraging forefoot running. I’ve been in Newtons and the Brooks Pure line and I like the DS Racer better than all others.
