What is the deal with Mavic support???
I have a friend that has a broken “nipple carrier” on a rear Cosmic Elite wheel. Apparently this is a part that no shop can get (been trying to get one for several months now) as it’s not a part that Mavic usually sells. And the mechanics from two different shops have been unable to get the anyone at Mavic to return their phone calls!
Anyone know how to get in touch with Mavic directly or know of a shop that may have access to this part?
