Mavic R-sys recall, still no wheels?

So I gave my LBS my set of mavic R-sys wheels back in January of this year for the recall. They gave me a set of askium wheels as a replacement at the time. I have yet to recieve a new post-recall set of R-sys and the LBS has said nothing about them each time I’ve gone in since. I had sent them a few e-mails about it, but never recieved a response regarding my wheels.

Has everyone else gotten the post-recall set? Just wondering if its Mavic or the LBS…

ride their asses until they get them to you. I worked at a shop and all the R-sys wheels that were sent back were replaced months ago.
