Since IM Louisville I’ve got some major IT band problems. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good massage therapist in Louisville?
I know this isn’t a lot of help but Laura from the University is incredible. She is ART certified and that will help IT issues much more than massage. I don’t remember a last name. Sorry
Laura can be reached @ NTouch Massage. From what I understand she does appointments in Louisville several days a week even though she is based outside of town. She, IMHO, can work wonders! It will hurt when he does it but the effects are amazing!
