Lube treadmill deck

What do you use to lubricate your treadmill deck, belt?

I thought the treadmill doctor lube was good. What about silicone spray?

Depends on the manufacture. You need to use what they recommend, a lot are silicon based. Most commercial OEM belts do not require any at all.
