LP'ers - How will you spend your 4th?

Of July holiday? I’ve got a day off mid-week and I am trying to decide what the best workout would be. Any thoughts??
Leaning towards all-you-can-eat pizza and beer, but I’m guessing my time would be better spent training at some capacity.

here in miami we’re having a fun swim-bike-run workout over on key biscayne…nothing too long except perhaps the swim. After the last 3 hard weeks (of 50% computrainer time!) i am looking forward to keeping it light hearted and having some social time…

70 mile ride, 45 minute t-run is on the schedule

Ride 75, run if my foot allows me to. If not go swim 3000-4000 straight. Start at 5.30 am so I can be done my 10 and have the rest of the day to BBQ and see the Transformers.

Short swim in the morning.

Blow stuff up in the afternoon.

Swim in the morning, and then probably hit the bike for around 50 miles, or maybe shorter with some hill repeats. Nothing too cosmic.

Probably throw some ribs on the grill and drink some beer, too.

Hopefully take a longish evening run while the nearby suburban fireworks are going off.

Spend it the same way I spend most other days off from work:

Getting totally wasted until I can not remember my name or where I live… or where my clothes are :slight_smile:
