Not sure if this would have any bearing on the test result, but I did not do the test in a fasted state and my blood was taken at noon.

Undiagnosed traumatic brain injury (TBI)? It has shown in some cases to cause hypothalamic-pituitary dysfunction. A cranial MRI helps to diagnose such cases. Please see your doctor and ask if he can refer you to a specialist.
