Anyone know if you can enter the base thru the Los Pulgas gate still or can you only enter at the main gate. Times they allow people into ride would help also. Thanks MK
You can enter at Pulgas. That is how you get back to Oceanside if you enter at the main gate anyway. No problems. Just show some ID and have a helmet on.

Las Pulgas gate is open as far as I know. (It was a few days ago)
You can always go on 5 Freeway to Oceanside if it is closed.
As of today from Pendleton Website:
Base Access for Cyclists
Limited civilian bicycle traffic has resumed through Camp Pendleton, providing access to bicyclists through the Main Gate to points north. Bicyclists seeking access must wear helmets and carry a valid driver’s license or state-issued I.D. Access will be permitted on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and weekends from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Cyclists must ride single file.
