Unlike many therapists that just give you a standard full body massage she listens to what your needs are and spends the time needed to work out those issues. I have gone in with lower back and shoulder issues and left feeling much better.
Before her the best sports massage i had was a la sports massage near Culver City, but that massage therapist is no longer there. I tried another therapist there but wasnt as satisfied. They are about $100 an hour as well.
In OC I go to the cheap $30 an hour places and ask the manager/owner to recommend a therapist for deep tissue. It’s hit or miss but you can try a few and usually find one you like.
