Who’s going to be first?!
looks nice
.
Cannot wait to see the price. They are sick looking though.
The pedal looks OK, but does it still use that giant cleat? I’m thinking I’ll stick with my old SPD-R’s with the bottom taped over. The cleat sits entirely inside the pedal, so it’s a pretty clean set-up.
Slight hijack. Any news on their joint project with Polar for pedals with power meters in the spindles?
Pretty slick. I guess if I needed new pedals … Appears that they will use the same Keo cleats?
“Look claims improves aerodynamics by 2%”
Is that 2% overall or 2% over a conventional pedal? One seems ridiculous the other seems hardly worth the expense. Nice pedals, though.
i would imagine over a standard look pedal
.
That’s nice. When are they going to come out with cleats that will last more than a few weeks?
I’m aware of the keo grip cleats, they suck too.
looks awesome, but wonder if the 2% gain and weight is even worth it? I would imagine these would cost more than the current blade?
I wonder if these are what propelled Contador to the win the in TT on saturday since schleck rides speedplay
.

My thoughts exactly. I wonder how much of that supposed improvement you get from just putting a piece of tape over the bottom of a regular Keo pedal?
PRETTY!!! I used to be a Time man but I might be going over to the Look side.
When I heard that they made a pair for Contador I knew they’d go to market because us triathletes will by anything. If you are concerned with aerodynamics I think Speedplays paired up with some Bont shoes will get the job done.

I think pedals are the earrings of a bike. Speedplays are too small. I like a wide thin pedal.
@Mr. Tibbs—I totally agree. I have Durace pedals—huge platform and great “feel”.
Just saying if you are concerned with aerodynamics that’d probably be the best way to go. I’ll just do another hill repeat to make up for the 0.001 second difference…lol.
Has anyone heard of when these are coming to market?

Besides the $2,600 price? Do you need anything beyond that to make a decision?
Of course, these are more aero than any of them.

(I use 'em, but I don’t have any financial interest in them or the shop.)
No website for this bike shop? Maybe this is why the pedals never took off. I admit I’m intrigued but I would have never heard about them if it wasn’t for you.
