Try calling the president of the Club de Tri Action in Levis (which is across the river from Quebec City).he is the guy in the know and has been one of the organisers of the Triathlon Levis Sports Festival and RD for the Levis Double Iron for years

You could also try the top bike/ski shop in Levis as well

There is lots of great riding not far from Quebec City and if you catch the ferry across the St Lawrence to Levis you can ride along the river in either direction for days.

Thanks!!! That’s is great info, any good climbing routes you’d recomend

Anything north of Quebec City will take you through cottege country which starts getting pretty hilly. For some serious hills you would have to go for a drive east along the north shore of the river for half and hour or so to get out of traffic and then ride the highway the follows the river, the hills get nasty.

Anything south of the river is a lot more flat but riding the south side heading east is a great ride and the roads are nice and quiet.

here is a link to La Route Verte which is a really great network of cycling routes that provide great options in Quebec.

Quebec City is one of my favourite places.
