Looking into offering custom footbeds. What are you using and why?

Thanks again.

Not truly a custom product but I like the E-Soles E-Fit system a lot. It is a modular system, offering 4 different levels of arch support as well as 3 different levels of metatarsal buttons.
It’s a much easier sell than a custom insole because the customer can try it out while in your studio for a fit and you can see the results right away.
It doesn’t solve all the problems that a custom insole can but for a fraction of the price it is a great thing to offer.

Another vote for E-soles.

E-soles and Solestars
Solestars are made to order in Germany using carbon fiber. The fitting process requires using pressure sensitive paper to take an imprint of the foot which you then scan and send to the team in Germany. 3 to 4 days later you get your custom insole back and fit it for the client. They are expensive (approx. €200 a pair) but having used them for several months, they are very good. At this price point, they are not for everyone, but are cycling specific and (probably) less cost than a non cycling specific custom footbed from a podiatrist.
