Looking for the English word for German "Kraftausdauer"

I look for the translation of this word as I discuss a lot with my Danish friends about training in English, which is only my second language. How do you call this training form that comprises

  • weight exercises with more than 15 repetitions
  • biking uphill in the biggest gear and low cadence for something like 5-10 min
  • short uphill run intervals with long strides
Word by word you would translate it to something like strength endurance, but that doesn’t seem to be the right word.

Thanks

Crossfit?

Don’t think there is a single word for it but an alternative to ‘strength endurance’ is ‘power endurance’ and this terminology is used quite a bit.

Muscular endurance?

Thanks for the link, I guess this is the word I was looking for. And also thanks to the others!

Pretty sure “kraftausdauer” translates literally to “poo-porn”.

That might not be what you are looking for though

it would be strength endurance
.
