Umstead Park off of Glenwood, Ebenezer Church, Harrison, or just down from the Art Museum.

can’t beat umstead, hard packed bridle trails and very hilly. Here is a link to a map of the park, reedy creek and turkey creek trails are 2 of my favorite

Don’t forget the ATT - American Tobacco Trail. Inside Out has some group run(s) I think.
