Look Keo Blade 2 Cr Pedals 20Nm blades - No tension to cleats for twist

Wondering if someone have faced this issue.

Pedals are around 5 years old now, and recently noticed that there is no tension/resistance at all for foot twist, it feels like the foot is in the air. However strange thing is that there is still significant resistance for uncleat, as it’s the one with 20Nm blades.

This have happened until few months ago, is there a way to fix this? or probably just need to buy new pedals?
Look Keo blade pedals only way to increase tension is to change the blade for another one with more tension (but the one I have is the one with the most tension). Not sure if that will actually solve the issue since there is still currently a lot of resistance to uncleat as I mentioned.

The above is happening using new Look red cleats, same ones I have been using since I bought the pedals.

Thanks in advance!

I just got a pair of Keo Blades, but based on what I’ve read, you should be able to just replace the carbon blade and the tension should be good again.

Maybe the cleats are worn. Try with brand new cleats.

Some Keo cleats have small pads of rubber which causes extra drag, some have a white low teflon area which causes very little drag. I have had the opposite problem where I felt there was too much resistance and used a silicone spray to make un clipping easier. I would make sure the pedal and cleat are clean, and if that doesn’t work shop around for different cleats there are many designs available.
