I know DeSoto makes a short sleeve one piece tri-suit, I own three of the short sleeve. But I cant see any long sleeve…
I like the idea of one piece.

Why do you need one?
Remember, that you’d not be allowed to use it in a non-wetsuit swim.
If you’re determined, look for a comfortable long sleeve TT suit.
In my testing long sleeve skinsuits in several cases where slower then their short sleeved counterpart. This was all on cyclists, but I doubt triathlon would be different.
At 76, lap times don’t mean too much to me, it’s all about getting to the other side.
Sun protection outside is vital.

I race in tri shorts (Desoto or Castelli usually) and an UnderArmour HeatGear long-sleeve top. It’s UPF50+, skintight (aero), superlight, and cooling when wet. One of the nice things about the top is that they are easy to find at any big box sporting goods store and not too pricey ($25-$30 on Amazon). Size down for a TT fit.
You could use a cycling skinsuit or as one other suggested a compression top either alone or under a TRI top
.
If it’s about skin protection, I think arm sleeves might be your best bet.

$25-$30 ?!?
You can’t race in it unless it’s a $400 trisuit
Actually very smart on your part. Would be I interesting to see the drag vs an expensive trisuit.
You can just add De Soto Arm Coolers when you swim. We also make the Skin Cooler Long Sleeve Top, which swims quite well. But if you are in no hurry and want better sun protection only, reach out to me. We can make you something more protectant.
