I will second ( or 3rd) the recommendation for the Fizik Arione. I have ridden these for almost 2 decades now and always come back! They of course make an Arione Tri as well, which has thicker padding on the nose.

my first thought was the arione as well, but - BUT! - in all my years of riding a LOT of different saddles, it’s the only one that’s immediately hurt and caused some damage to my undercarriage. if it works for you, you’re golden.

In some circles, the Arione is referred to as an ‘ass hatchet’.
Some of this is riding style. If you just “plop†yourself onto the saddle and pedal you put a lot of pressure on the perineum, essentially the whole weight of your upper body. If you pedal so that the force partially unweights you (not standing) it is a lot more comfortable.
The older ISM PN series. I think like the PN 1.0, PN 1.1 etc are quite long. I think either of those can get you about 15-20mm further forward compared to the more popular PN 3.0 series.
Sounds to me like you have too much reach.
Can you shorten our stem?
Is the bike too big?
A longer saddle just has you perching on the nose all the time.
How in the world did you conclude from his desire for a slightly more forward saddle position that his reach is too long?
“my short nose saddle (fizik mistica) his fully move forward”
A slammed forward saddle is usually a good indicator.
All it indicates is that the saddle is as far forward as it will go, which could be a function of really short rails, a rather slack seat tube angle, or some sort of morphological issue. It means nothing with regard to whether or not the rider’s reach is too long, too short, or, like porridge, just right.

Nah, I’ve seen enough saddles slammed forward on bikes that don’t fit to know better.
I just checked the Wilier Turbine geo chart. Only three sizes and a very long reach.

I love the Arione, but i don’t think they make the Tri version anymore. As far as i can tell you could only get this in preowned form on eBay and such.

You are correct, a relaxed 76 seat tube, and 52 cm top tube length for the “XS/S” frame.
To the OP, you might be fighting the bike geometry here.
