Long Run in Clermont Tomorrow

I was going to PM my buddy KJGrog to get him to come out and run with me tomorrow, but I figured I’d let the WHOLE WIDE WORLD know. Sort of like telling the whole class you have to do a #2. Sooo…

Anybody up for a 2 hour run up Grassy Lake Road in Clermont FL tomorrow morning? Meet at the Minneola trail head at 6:30 am. I’ll have water and Gatorade stashed at four points along the course.

Whoever wants to gun the uphills is welcome. Part of the return leg is downhill and on dirt, so it’s fun to open up there as well.

Where were you guys? There was only four of us that showed up at the 1st Annual Bottom Feeder Grassy Lake Run. BF was out there at 4:30 this morning setting up ice cold gatorade coolers at aid stations and you guys didnt show up…C’mon!

Here is Pham finishing the run today. We couldn’t get him to wear some shorts over the speedo.

I only do one long run a year down in Clermont. Although the last couple of years it’s been more like a long shuffle…
