Still trying to hone in on the proper type of Tri bike for me (long/low versus short/tall). Can long/low bike riders share their inseam to height ratios with me?
For the record, I’m 68" tall with a 30.5" inseam, so my ratio is 0.449
Edit: I don’t know if that really tells me anything. Is there a rule-of-thumb to be used here?
This might not be the only metric to consider but…I’m 70.5" tall, 33.5" inseam so 0.475 inseam/height ratio and I feel pretty good on my 54cm Cervelo P2.
pro tip:
if you plan to ride in a very aggressive aerodynamic position, you may need a long/low bike even if you are not built with a long torso.

I can’t be much of help but I have the same specs as you and I’m trying to hone in on a proper/aggressive (tri)bike fit for me too
