Long Biking Jerseys

I’m tall, 6’4" and having problems finding bike jerseys long enough. Does anyone know any brands that are longer then others or that make a “tall”? Thanks

I’m 6’3 and I find the de Soto ones are fairly long and fit well; their tri jerseys are extremely long even for me and I can’t imagine they wouldn’t be long enough
.

I’m proportionally long in the torso, and am happy with my Garneau and Pactimo jerseys.

6’4 here. I find Castelli works well. In particular their Gabba line (for colder weather) has an asymmetric cut so that the back is longer than the front. This is particularly nice during the rainy season here in Seattle. Other lines of theirs have a similar asymmetric cut I believe.

Remember also that most jerseys are designed to fit when in riding position, not while standing. Assos stuff seems small for me when standing up, but fits well when in riding position.

Thanks for the help!

Seconded. I’m also 6’3" and deSoto’s tri-tops fit me great.

Hill Killer also stocks tall sizes http://hillkiller.com/

Nashbar has some of their store-brand stuff in tall. I have a few of these beater jerseys. http://www.nashbar.com/bikes/Product_10053_10052_558999_-1___204697

Roka Sports has Tall sizes in all of their jerseys! http://www.roka.co/collections/mens-cycling-tops

I’m 6’2 and I got the All Season Cyan jersey in a Large Tall.

The Gabba may be OK by the Castelli Race jersey was too short for me, and I’m only 5’11" and mostly legs at that.

+1

The Gamma has a fold down “tail” for road spray, but most Castelli jerseys have short-ish torsos. They fit me well, but I’m 5’8".

We had Sugoi team clothing and my medium jersey looked more like a dress. Those Canadians forget the difference between a cycling jersey a hockey jersey

As another 6’4" rider, the fit is going to depend a lot on your proportions (long legs vs. long torso and stocky vs slender). At fairly lean and average leg/torso length, I’ve generally had an okay time with jerseys, but more trouble with bibs.

Picking from the gear I own, my favorite fit is a medium with extra length from JL Velo, but they don’t offer the tall sizes without a custom order. If length is the driving concern, I would pick my kits from GSG and Squadra over Castelli or Voler. While I own (and love) the Gabba, front length is not really its strong point. All of those are in a large race-cut fit.

While I can’t vouch personally for their jerseys, I’ve had an excellent experience with tall bib shorts from Aerotech Designs. Especially given the lower price point, I’d say they’re worth a shot.

I’m 6’10… I have only managed to find 2 bike jerseys out of probably 50 I’ve tried that are long enough for me both are baggy xl’s. One is an old team garmin pearl Izumi and one is a bontrager. I’ve heard the hincapie and Roka stuff is pretty long, plan on trying them both out very soon. I ordered the Roka but haven’t tried it yet.

In general I just have to compromise on fit for the length, and wear bibs. Hincapie xl’s are the best bibs I’ve found for tall riders.
