For some reason I am not able to log in with the same password that I had to reestablish after my original password wouldn’t work. Anyone else have these problems? Well, maybe I shouldn’t ask that question as you probably can’t respond…
I updated my password on my phone. Then it wouldn’t work on my PC-even though it would load and “recognize me” with the hand gesture. So, I updated it again and then later that day when I tried to get back on again on my phone with the new updated login-that wouldn’t work. So, now, I am on my 4th password change.
What is the solution?! I don’t want to request a new password EVERY time I sign into ST.
