… AND there is a hot tub that overlooks the beach and ocean (reportedly) that my crew from ATX will be chillin’ with a beer in hand come the evening of the 19th… come join us!

I am pretty sure that he has a friend from here that is going as well. We should probably give him a call and find out for sure. Are you flying in or driving in? We can start everything this week and make everything solid next weekend over a couple brewskies!
Yes, C’bad is close. That’s where I’m staying (w/friends). A condo is a great idea and there are lots of them at the harbor and along the run course.
I don’t want to stay too close to the run course. I will be too tempted to stop in for a beer on the second lap! The guys drinking beer and playing the music along the course are a blast!
