I see LS has switched back to standard headsets for 06. I recently bought an 05 Tuscany which has the integrated headset. I haven’t taken it all apart yet but it looks like there are removable sleeves or “cups” that sit at each end the head tube and presumably the bearings interface with this sleeve vs the frame. Is it safe to assume these are replaceable and serve as a “sacrificial lamb” to protect the head tube material?
