Sorry if this has already been discussed, I have been away for a few days. Just watched LS` last video and it looks like dude has done some major work on his run form. The limp seems to be completely gone. His form looks really good.
I know people claim that he only limped during the back half of the marathon, but I dont agree. Even in training the limp has been pretty pronounced in my opinion. Very impressive if he has been able to get rid of it completely.
Stoked to see what this means for his run times in triathlon. Thoughts?
I noticed that too and in brief footage of the latest race from Sunday, he was just cruising and flying by people. Watch the bike following him and see how fast it’s going. In one of his YouTube videos, he said he uses mirror to correct his form. I’m really looking forward to his race this weekend at IMMT.
But Limping Lionel sounds kind of cool!
Saw video as well, did not register the limp was gone, but did register something was looking different though.
Unfortunately no. They are broadcasting IM Copenhagen I think.
Which is super stupid, MT has both pro male and female and they chose a racw with only one pro gender. And i say this as a dane.
I totally agree with you. Both LIonel Sanders and Sarah True will try to qualify for Kona, so it will be an epic race. I have a tracker app on my phone, so I will track Cody B, LS, Sarah True, a couple of fast athletes and track them all day long.
