Nashbar has some Limar Helmets on sale for a good price. Are these good quality helmets? I have had only LG helmets before this, and I have been extremely satisfied with those. I love the knob in back to get the right fit.

i picked up a f-107 helmet on massive discount last season, and have been incredible impressed with it.
i picked up a couple more bell ghisallo helmets this season, also heavily discounted, so will now have helmets for both @ school and @ home (across the country)
but i was highly impressed with the limar helmet, light, well ventilated, and comfortable =D
For you, any helmet will do. But, if you wanna go 23MPG in a half ironman you are gonna need PED’s and a geeky aero helmet bro’
