I would like to learn to run properly, and after reading many posts here, thought I could get some help. I am curious, what is the best way to go. Some learn to run programs begin with run/walk breaks etc, like run 30 seconds, walk 4 minutes etc and gradually build, but I was also wondering if I should just learn using my heart monitor and walk once I go above a certain heart rate, and hopefully, I will soon be able to run for longer periods of time. I tried for the first time last night and heart rate was over 140 after about sixty seconds of slow jogging. Thanks for any suggestions…Gina
