Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Triathlon Coach to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of triathlon training methodologies, excellent
communication skills, and a proven track record of coaching athletes to success. This role requires
someone who can inspire and guide athletes of all levels, from beginners to elite competitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for triathletes of varying skill levels.
  • Conduct regular training sessions, including swimming, cycling, and running.
  • Monitor and assess athletes’ progress, providing feedback and adjusting training plans as needed.
  • Organize and lead group workouts, clinics, and workshops.
  • Prepare athletes for competitions, including race strategy, nutrition, and mental preparation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest training techniques, equipment, and research in
    triathlon.
  • Foster a positive and motivating training environment.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to athlete
    development.
  • Participate in community outreach and promotional activities to raise the profile of the triathlon
    program.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a triathlon coach, with a track record of developing successful athletes.
  • Certification from a recognized triathlon coaching organization (e.g., USA Triathlon, Ironman U).
  • Strong knowledge of all three triathlon disciplines: swimming, cycling, and running.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Passion for triathlon and a commitment to athlete development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field is preferred.
