Okay this is getting frustrating, garmin says to delete the offending file. so I deleted (cut) all of the “history” files, the pending upload folder is empty. Yet I’m still getting this error. I can’t download workouts that I’ve created on Garmin. Any help would be appreciated.
have you tried to delete the activities on the watch itself, or just on the PC?
Deleted the history off on the watch. Not the custom work outs though, I don’t want to lose what I already have.
I had a similar problem: I couldn’t create any workout on Garmin Connect. The problem seemed to be my internetbrowser IE. Somehow it doesn’t work well with Garmin. Since I 'm using a different one (Chrome), it works fine.
So maybe that might do the trick.

Try removing the device from Ant Agent and re-add. May have to do a factory reset.

Thanks for the suggestion, I am currently using Chrome, maybe I’ll try doing the opposite. I think I’ll remove the device from the ant agent first though.
