yup he posted it on strava, 3673 feet in climbing! for a marathon that is pretty crazy, explains why he won with a 3h18m

What else is there in the world of tri to get excited? Poop flowing down the Hudson? $1200 entry fees that the RD did not know about till the morning of? Is Rappstar in the same tier as Crowie or Macca? Who made a bigger statement on the third weekend of May? Lance or Rapp? NBC re airing coverage of Churchill and the Battle of Britain and people getting upset that we did not put spoiler on the title because they don’t know yet the outcome of that Battle and want to watch the re airing later in the evening? Some loser masters dude gets nailed for doping and comes out with the lame excuse that he was using testosterone for “health reasons”???

What’s going on at ST…first of all the IMNYC is not yet sold out and an actual Lance thread is sliding off page 1. These guys are slipping in their performance. Totally dissappointing. Nick, what do you figure that trail run translates to on the road? No one has even said that “with a 3:18, no way Lance breaks Lieto’s run splits”. Man, this place is going downhill. I expect more. We can only talk about poop floating in the Hudson for so long!
