I’ve been doing tri’s since 1993 but no TT’s. We regularly toss in a 7 mile TT effort at the end of our Sat rides but to actually TT at 10K and 5K is way outside my experience. We’re running 24-25 mph for those efforts. My solo PR is sub 17 mins. I’m thinking the way to approach the preparation are 7 min and 3 min interval sets over the next couple of weeks, similar to 400m and 800m efforts on the track?
