Posted a message here a while back about what the best adhesive would be to put the velcro back on the metal armrests of my PD Airstrykes. No one knew so I emailed PD. All I asked them was for the best adhesive, instead they sent me a new pair of the velcro strips within a few days. That is great customer service!
I have to agree with you that Profile’s customer service is pretty good. I bought a pair of old Split Seconds, and apparently the ones I bought were returns. The brackets were stripped. So I called up Profile to get new ones, figuring I’d just buy them (after all, I did get a screaming deal on the clips). So Profile sends out new brackets ASAP. Turns out they are the wrong ones, so I contact them again, and between a few e-mails we figure out which ones are the proper brackets, and they’re at my doorstep within 4 days. All at no cost to me. I thought that was pretty decent of them.
