Looks legit and in line, as it says in the listing, higher prices for IM season.
We’ve stayed at the Kona Islander Inn in the past and was happy with it. It’a about a half mile from the pier aka swim start, just above the Lava Java. Most of the rooms are small studios with the small refrigerator and a microwave.
You can also google VRBO, Vacation Rental By Owner.
