Ketones. Consume during training or outside of training?

We all need to remember that everyone is individual.

Ketone Esters like KetoneAid have long been used in the peloton and in software programmers and the biohackers doing long projects needing increased focus/concentration without having to use stimulants (adderall/ritalin/concerta)

However in sports,  getting it right can be tough as they can often cause GI stress.     

But this is a far cry different than low carb/high fat diet which only minimally raise Ketone levels or using MCT’s like S Fuels and similar.

The reason I think alot of us are questioning stepping into the hi carb method is because of the links of carbs and cancer and cardiovascular disease. Only a question though.
But sure, Hi Ketone/high fat has it’s issues also for some people.

Does exercise really lessen this risk of high carb ? In particular read the studies about fructose and pancreatic and prostate cancer.
