congrats jonnyo! can’t wait for your RR!
~AWESOME~ Way to go, brother. Way to go. Looks like you executed a very well balanced race - I only wish I could have been there to cheer you on in person.
This is the best possible way to bounce back from that disappointment in Oliver!
Hey dude…congrats…Awesome win. Any chance we can fly you out to Ontario to take out Wolfgang Guembel at Peterborough half? He had a solid race and almost hung with Craig Alexandar at Muskoka today…not bad for an Ontario boy!

Great job!!!
thank rappstar…
actually the fastest run and bike split of the day… the 2 other where relay…chasing my as the started 5 minutes down on me. The womens were starting 25 minutes before me and the first at the finish line was getting the 500$ cach bonus… i got second 41 secondes down on Heather after empting the tank on the run… i really wanted this money bad!!! oh well, that shows how important is the swim and how i need to get back to my good swimming times…
i will write more later when i get pictures!!
ok…jordan…we have a technical bike fit/equipement session tonight… I need your help getting more invisible to the wind!!!
WHAT ???
You talk about a modest guy. I sent him an email on Sat and he replied today. He said sorry it took so long to reply I was at a triathlon today.
He didn’t even MENTION he was IN the triathlon, let alone that he WON IT!!!
Way to go buddy, GREAT to hear it!
Good job Jonathan! The womens will be going crazy tonight!
he was making the womens smile! <<
jonnyo ALWAYS makes the womens smiel!
CONGRATULATIONS jonnyo!!
Jonnyo,
Nice work. Congratulations.
Congrats to the PINK STREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAK!!!
Awesome !
At this rate we are contemplating coming out with the special addition Jonnyo Pink Ribbon Frequency wetsuit next year. Right now it is only available for the womens, but it’s been a HUGE seller. I am guessing that it will be even bigger if we can get Jonnyo in that suit for 08!
Congratulations, Jonnnyo.
You worked hard and it paid off. I have a feeling this is a small win compared to what the success you will see in the next few years.
