.
Since it says “Maverick X” on the back, that seems like a pretty good guess.
Graphics are a little different, design looks very similar to the current Mavericks, will be interesting to see what’s new. More liberal use of more flexible neoprenes, I’m guessing (though outside of the shoulders, that’s not automatically a good thing). Some design tweaks, too, though fairly subtle ones, it appears.
I am surprised he wears the watch during the swim… But cool suit…
But Strava!
Oh, no doubt, but computer mounted on bike, and put watch on for run…
I’m pretty sure they have something around the torso along the lines of what Huub and Aquasphere have done to add stability.
900 bucks? Does it come with a propellar?

All I can see is the 920xt on his arm. Oh the drag

Looks like an elasticized section in the lower back to keep both the back and front snug. The older Mavericks gap just a little there, so this makes sense. It doesn’t look like there’s any particular structure in front.
What are the odds the two existing models of the Maverick both appear in the shots? And Jesse carefully dons goggles while capless? This seems more like stealth marketing than something more spontaneous…
His cap is yellow & is holding it in the left hand.

The pics are from Roka’s Instagram feed; so yeah marketing.
If you look closely at the pro field at any race, you’ll notice that there are way more Roka suits than anything else. That makes the odds much higher.
i put my cap over my goggles…

Sort of. But not exactly. I raced in it as well. Jesse’s the MT size tester and I’m the ST tester…
Rappstar, what is your height/weight? I’m looking at the roka small tall after being in a 2 piece desoto for several years. I seem to always get significant shoulder fatigue with a one piece suit due to a longer torso, so I’m curious if you ever experience this and how you find the fit of the small tall. I’m 6ft and 145-150. Thanks!
I am such a huge fan of my Maverick Pro that I will be picking up this new model as soon as I can justify doing so. Roka is just killing it right now, in my opinion.
I’m definitely buying the Maverick X.

Good news is you can swim in it and if it doesn’t work after all, exchange or return it with no penalty.
6’3" and about 160lbs.
This suit is great. I had some wear and tear on the shoulders in the Maverick Pro. Better than any wetsuit is used before. But still some. This suit is measurably better. It’s without question the best suit I’ve ever used. The Macerick Pro was a great suit but I think this suit eclipses it.
