Has anyone experienced this issue and know of a good resolution?
I just signed up for Training Peaks (paid for premium account). I went through the steps to import my history from Garmin Connect, but my data did not come over. I’ve had new workouts which have auto synced to TP, and waited over 48 hours. My history has still not come over.
I’ve reached out to Garmin to send me a mass extract of my historical data, but they said it could take anywhere from 2 to 30 days.
Does anyone know of an easy way to get my historical data into Training Peaks, aside from importing activities 1 by 1? I’ve just started with a new coach who used TP as platform of choice.
I am presently having issues getting today’s workout to sync from Garmin Connect to TrainingPeaks. No issues until today. I have inquired with TP if there is an issue but don’t expect to hear until tomorrow.
Thanks. I’ve been able to get new workouts to sync, it’s all of my history that didn’t come over. I’m hoping someone on this forum will know of a fix.
In case anyone has this issue in the future. Below is the response from Training Peaks support. Just disconnect your Connect and TP accounts, then reconnect. This worked in my instance.
I would suggest logging into your TrainingPeaks account from a computer and disconnecting the Garmin sync here:
I have been using https://tapiriik.com to keep my accounts synced for nearly a decade. I have found it to be pretty reliable, and for $2/yr for autosync, its a heck of a bargain. Manual sync is free.
