Does anyone have any comments or references on the differences between these saddles?
You mean between the different models? If you go the site they give all the dimensions…
there a subtle differences between all the saddles such as widths, padding, and sloping.
i would start at the adamo road then based on your feed back there try the other saddles.

Dimensions dont help me much because I don’t know how wide my ischial tuberosities are spaced.

Why the road version? Do you think it is the best? I’m tempted to go for the TT version for triathlon but woulda appreciate any comments.
The road adamo is the best saddle ive tried and likley adamos most popular saddle. however saddles are very individual and u might prefer something different.
Your best bet would be to try them out and see which one feels best as only you can determine that. I assume from your name your in KC, looks like Bike America in Overland Park and Cape Cycles in Independence are your closest retailers. See if they will help you out a little.
I’ve called them up. Road saddle is more padded than the time trial or racing
Most of the shops that carry ISM will let you demo one for a few days.
I began with the Adamo Road, and tried 2 more models before going back to the Adamo Road on my Tri bike.
It worked for me, and according to my LBS , its the one that sells the most. 7 out of 10 asses that do buy the adamo, preffer the Road.
I was allowed 2 demos, paid $80 to demo them but the $$ went towards the purchase of my saddle.

i had all 3… Road is a bit wider and softer. Race firmer and lighter. TT has the sloped nose. I’ve had the Road on my road bike for 2 years, had the Race on my tri bike last season and swapped it out for the TT early this season. for me the TT feels best when i’m aero because of the slope and maybe the nose is narrower? the road feels better when i’m sitting up.
Adamo has a “saddle selector” on their website.
