Unless Zipp relocated from Indy to China I’d say this is a fleece job. When did the 404 get reduced to a 50mm depth from 58? It’s most likely a Chinese knock off with a set of Zipp decals. Ask if the wheels come with a free bowl of rice?

Most older / open source rims = 20.5mm brake track << what this has.
Firecrest = wider brake track.
Depth as already noted above.
