Kuota is an Italian manufacturer of racing bicyles, who’s bicycles are made in Taiwan.
Giant isn’t an American Company… it’s a Taiwanese bicycle manufacturer. Giant started as an OEM, manufacturing bicycles to be sold under other company brand names. In 1986, Giant established its own brand of bicycles and they’re made in Taiwan and the Netherlands.
I too would like to know more about these bikes. A Kalibur is on my short list for a new tri bike, butI would like to see a review of the bike. I wonder if Slowman will be including them in his tri-bike reports ???

yes, the design group is Italian. I had my Italian distributor contact them to see what FEA software they used 
actually, I do believe Kuota is a Canadian company. probably why you couldn’t find the headquarters in ’ Italy’
( I had to ask around a bit to find that one out)
